Daytime Schedule

Daytime at the Lightspeed Community Conference is all about eating and learning and eating and learning. More details by training track below.

  1. Intro to TTC
    – recommended for users with less than six months administration experience.

  2. TTC Certification
    – meet your class requirements for certification in just one week (you must also pass the certification exam within 30 days).

  3. Lightspeed Partner Sales
    – product updates, staff and user interaction, and sales tools for our value-added resellers.

Intro to TTC
8:00 to 4:30, Monday and Tuesday Only

This two-day track is for anyone with less than six-months experience using TTC. Remember, all your meals are provided by Lightspeed Systems, and evening activities promise more learning through interaction with your peers and Lightspeed staff.

TTC Certification
8:00 to 4:30, Monday through Friday

TTC Certification requires that you have completed the following classes and passed the associated exams: Intermediate TTC, Security Agent, Email Archiving, Database Management, and two advanced classes of your choosing. Advanced classes include Networking with TTC, Computer Forensics, and TTC+. If you've already completed some of your course work, the Conference schedule allows you to forge ahead with multiple classes being offered each day.
